Drawn with black ball point pen on cream colored paper. The scanner really grabbed those nice cream/sepiatones of the paper and black ink (ballpoint pen ink is a rather warm and reflective black if you look at it closely). I added very little colorization to the figure, wings and background just to add a little contrast and life in Photoshop.
This work is very similar to the other piece I'm working on, but I feel this one is more personal  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. I can´t kick the habit.
That is something I've noticed when I'm drawing/inking with Bics - that it's a warmer black, particularly compared to the microns. And it looks so beautiful here.
